To be handcrafted is to forgo the mass production cycle that may include machinery and automated systems. The process is more labor intensive, but also results in greater care, attention to detail and quality, not to mention, is a reflection of individuals who are devoted to their craft. Like a home is a labor of love, so is the handwork of creators and artisans. What better way to fill a home than with those things that were cultivated out of love?
My Country Story began with a date night of a husband and wife making candles, but soon grew into a life creating handmade home goods and sharing this love with their children. Made of natural goat’s milk and moisturizing ingredients, Andi + Roni make their soaps in small batches with scents to delight the home. A fellow New England shop, My Country Story is rooted in Dover, New Hampshire.

Prior to shipment Our team will conduct a thorough inspection on the products you have ordered. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hrs. The expected delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing and is not completely managed by us due to the involvement of many parties including the factory and our warehouse. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that the inventory could run out once the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you don't receive the product within 30 days, we are not able to issue either a return or exchange.
For your item to be considered eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the same state as you received it in. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
